Order & Shipping Information
Your order will be dispatched provided the following criteria have been met:
-Your selection is available
-The delivery address has been verified
-Payment has been approved.
HOW DO I PAY?
Currently we only accept payment through PayPal. For international order, please note that you may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees and handling fees to your local authorities or customs offices.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Upon submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Once your payment has been processed and funds cleared, you will receive a second e-mail containing all the necessary dispatch information, including your delivery tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Your delivery address can be different from your billing address. Fill in your delivery address details at the checkout when prompted. We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
We ship worldwide. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. When the order is shipped, clients will receive an e-mail from us specifying the tracking number. Please note, once we have emailed you the tracking reference, we recommend you track from this point online as we are not able to track each order once it has left our warehouse.
