Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to refund any purchases within 14 working days from receipt. To return an item you must contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition.
Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as ‘Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
If you wish to return any items to JANESUDA, please email email@example.com with your name, address and original order number which you will find on the order confirmation received at the time of purchase. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Wrap your item(/s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to the company address (please note that we are unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit).

We recommend returns by courier, recorded or special delivery. Please note that we will be unable to refund items returned to us which are lost in the post.
Returns, refunds, and exchange policies do not apply to any sale stock. Discounted sales are final.
